Please remember that ETAs are an estimate of when items are expected to arrive. Due to production and shipping timelines, items may arrive slightly earlier or later than the date listed.

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made. This includes changes to size, style, personalization/customization, address, or any other order details. Please double-check all selections and information before completing checkout.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Materials + Care
The material for each item is listed in the description. Knit is stretchy and woven has no stretch. Wash inside out on cold and hang to dry. Callie + Colbie Co. is not responsible for color bleeds or improper washing. Please use caution on new items that may bleed color when washed. Use color catchers at your discretion to prevent dye bleeding. Most of the knit items are mostly cotton, which is more susceptible to picking up loose dye.
Shipping + Returns
All items have an ETA listed in the title. This is when items are expected to ship to Callie + Colbie Co. These are not a guarantee. Updates will be listed at the top of the home page if an item is delayed. Callie + Colbie Co. does not accept returns, all sales are final. If you believe that you received a defective product, please email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item unwashed and unworn.
